Privacy policy

Personal data is any information that can be linked to you as an individual, whether directly or indirectly. We process personal data in order to deliver our services, answer enquiries and run the business day to day.

If you send us an enquiry through the form, by email or by phone, we store your name, phone number, email address and whatever you have written about the job. The basis for processing is to be able to answer your enquiry and potentially enter into an agreement with you.

If you become a customer, we also store your address, correspondence and documentation relating to the job. Invoicing data is kept for five years, as Norwegian accounting law requires.

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact.

When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and which pages you open is processed. This is used to measure use of the site and improve it, and is only processed if you have consented to statistics cookies.

Necessary cookies make the site work and store, among other things, your answer to the consent question. These cannot be switched off.

Statistics and marketing cookies are only set if you have pressed «Accept all». We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode, which means no measurement is sent before you have consented. You can change your mind at any time by clearing cookies in your browser, and we will ask again.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent bots from submitting the form. In that connection, Google processes technical information about your device.

We share personal data with suppliers who perform services on our behalf, including the supplier of the website, our customer management system and our accountant. We have a data processing agreement with all of them.

We never sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what is necessary to deliver the service or what we are legally required to do.

We do not send you advertising unless you have asked for it. If you have consented, you can unsubscribe at any time, and the link is at the bottom of every message.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to request correction, deletion or restriction of processing. You can also withdraw a consent you have given. We respond to such requests within 30 days.

If you believe we are handling your personal data incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).

We may update this policy if our services or the regulations change. The date at the top shows when it was last amended.
