On a build with several trades, it is the coordination that costs time and money. The plumber who arrives before the wall is up, the electrician who has to be called back, or the joiner waiting on a decision nobody has made.
As general contractor we take that on. We set the schedule, bring the trades in at the right time, follow up along the way and carry responsibility for the whole. You deal with us, and only us.
That holds whether it is an extension, a loft conversion, a full refurbishment of an older property or a new build from the ground up.

Framing, load-bearing structure and roof built to current standards. We hold the schedule and bring in the plumber, electrician and ventilation when they are needed.

More living space without moving house. We handle insulation, cladding, floors and fit-out, and make sure the new belongs to the existing both structurally and visually.

We go through what needs an application, what has to be documented and what must be in place before we start, so the project does not stall on paperwork.

We bring the building up to today’s standard without erasing the character it has. In older Oslo buildings that usually means keeping the detailing while getting the airtightness and insulation right.

Questions about general contractor
What is the difference between a general contract and hiring trades myself?
With a general contract you have one contract and one party responsible for the whole result. If you hire the trades yourself, you are the one coordinating them and you carry the risk when something falls between two of them. For most private clients a general contract is both cheaper and far less stressful.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
We are. That is the whole point of a general contract. We are responsible for the work carried out, including what our subcontractors have done, and you have a single party to deal with.

Boligoppussing, innendørsmaling og gulvreparasjon
