What makes renovation expensive and exhausting is rarely the work itself. It is the waiting between trades, and the jobs that have to be redone because something happened in the wrong order. The floor laid before the walls were painted, or the kitchen fitted before the electrician had been.
Because we have the painter, carpenter and tiler in the same company, we plan the whole run as one. We know what has to dry before the next step, and we bring the plumber and electrician in at the right time.
You deal with one point of contact through the whole project, and you do not have to be the project manager for your own renovation.

Flats and houses
We take floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen and bathroom as one continuous run, and coordinate the other trades along the way. You get a schedule you can actually plan around.

Kitchens and bathrooms
The two rooms that matter most for both comfort and value. We handle strip-out, substrate, tiling, fitting and finish, and make sure the plumber and electrician are there in the right week.

Planning and materials
We help you choose solutions that work in practice and stay within budget. Sometimes the most expensive option is the right one, often it is not, and we will tell you which is which.
Smaller upgrades
A big difference without stripping everything out.

Floors
Laying parquet, laminate, vinyl and tiles, or sanding and refinishing the wooden floor you already have. Sanding is often both cheaper and better looking than laying new.

Walls and ceilings
Filling, painting, panelling and lowered ceilings. A lowered ceiling makes room for new lighting and hides services, and lifts a room more than people expect.

Doors, trim and detailing
New internal doors, skirting and architraves are a small intervention with a large effect. It is often the first thing we suggest when the budget is tight.
Questions about renovation
How long does a renovation take?
A single room usually takes one to two weeks. A bathroom takes a week and a half to two weeks, and a full flat can take from six weeks upwards. You get a schedule together with the quote, so you know what happens when.
Can I stay at home during the renovation?
Often yes, particularly when we take one room at a time. If the kitchen or the only bathroom is being renovated it gets harder, and many people choose to be away for that period. We put together a plan with you that disturbs everyday life as little as possible.
What if something unexpected turns up behind a wall?
It does happen, especially in older buildings. We stop, show you what we have found, and give you a price for the additional work before we go on. Nothing is carried out without your say-so.

Boligoppussing, innendørsmaling og gulvreparasjon
Vi skulle male en leilighet i Oslo på kort varsel, midt i fellesferien, og firmaet leverte nøyaktig det de lovet, til avtalt tid og pris. Han oppdaget flere uoverensstemmelser i planen fra stylisten vår og fikk det rettet opp. Han tenker selv, og sier fra når noe ikke stemmer.
